The Samsung Rant includes a slide-out QWERTY keyboard to make the typing easier, and a 2-mega pixel camera with digital zoom for the photos and videos. Besides 3G it also provides gps, email access, and support for micro-SD cards up to 16 GB. Some Other features of the Samsung Rant include a speaker phone with voice recognition, Mp3 player, and stereo Bluetooth. The Samsung rant has the sprints one click software. On the main screen you have a tray with widgets and your home menu. In the menu you have contacts, messaging, my stuff, Re-Boost, missed alerts, get stuff, history, web, music, Bluetooth, pictures, and setting/tools. This phone supports Java apps so you can download alot of stuff. The charger is an standard micro usb charger. The qwerty keyboard has four rows. The battery is an 960 MHz battery The battery doesn't last very long for an messaging phone. Some of the pros are : good qwerty keyboard, good voice quality, easy messaging access, and lots of multimedia features. Cons: Numeric keypad can be slippery, the weight of this phone 4.6 ounces is heavy for a messaging phone, 3g speeds are slow, and can't display emails with HTML formating. Overall i will rate this phone an 5 out of 10.
